Mrs. Lori Carle

Having spent almost 25 years in radio, I bring my marketing and promotions experience to the board. I love to brainstorm and come up with creative ways to tell a story. Networking and connecting people are my forte and something I do every day in my Corporate Citizenship role at Ocean Capital. I also hope to bring some levity, as I can find humour in most things. Life is too short to live without laughter. I love St. Joseph’s Hospital Foundation because it is its humble nature and ability to do a lot with a little. I am excited to serve on a board where a friendly, supportive team works towards improving health outcomes and quality of care for the people in my community. I am a mom of three boys who want to do all the things. I juggle family time with a full-time job, a small business, a podcast and as many outdoor adventures as I can squeeze in. Still, I recognize the importance of balance in maintaining mental and physical health. I completed my 200-hour hatha yoga certification and have just earned a certificate in Advanced Principles and Practice of Mindfulness through McMaster University
