Health and Aging: Care & Comfort Fund
This fund was created specifically to address comfort and care needs of inpatients within St. Joseph’s Hospital's Health and Aging Program. Patients who are in need of personal items during their stay and have no other means to access funds may be eligible for support from the Care & Comfort Fund. Eligible expenses would include things like hair cuts, foot & nail care, clothing, small personal items, or cost-prohibitive recreational activities. DONATE |

St. Joe's Breast Health Trust Fund
The Breast Health Program Trust Fund helps local breast cancer patients in need with support for such things as: support garments, lymphedema sleeves, breast prosthetic, transportation cost for treatments, massage therapy, and private counselling. Our main objective is to help patients who would otherwise be unable to buy items that are necessary for their cancer treatment and recovery. DONATE |
Eye Clinic Patient Care and Comfort Fund
Cost $1,600 (annually) In 2010 a grateful patient and generous donor provided $20,000 for a trust fund specific to patients of the Eye Clinic at St. Joseph’s. The fund provides support for patients in financial need. Support can include assistance with such things as the purchase of glasses, patches, prisms, eye drops, transportation and additional costs associated with treatments. The fund has supported patients at the Eye Clinic since its inception and the Foundation's goal is to continue to provide support when needed. Domestic Violence Outreach Emergency Fund
This fund was set up at the request of the Domestic Violence Outreach Social Workers for financial assistance on an Emergency basis. Patients who do not have access to any other funds during times of crisis are eligible to receive emergency financial assistance with such things as moving expenses, medication, clothing, grocery vouchers and transportation. General Operations
Your contributions to the General Operating Fund enable St. Joseph's Foundation to direct your donation to the hospital's most pressing needs. Tom Jarrett Fund for Excellence in Senior's Care
Mr. Tom Jarrett was an advocate for the provision of exceptional care for seniors. In appreciation of the care that Tom received while a patient at St. Joseph’s Hospital, the Tom Jarrett Fund was established in his memory to ensure that excellence in Senior Care was acknowledged, celebrated, and promoted.
