Kent Building Supplies has teamed up with St. Joseph’s Hospital Foundation to host the second annual Pallet Build Challenge in support of Women’s Health at St. Joe’s.
The Pallet Build is the highlight of September for St. Joe’s. It engages the community and raises vital awareness and funds to enhance care for women in our region. We invite tradespeople, artists, individuals, and community groups to get creative and build useful or whimsical items — from furniture to toys to novelty pieces — all from recycled pallets. What is the Kent Pallet Build?
Teams of four are given four pallets and four hours. They face off at Kent East Saint John to construct and showcase amazing, up-cycled pallet projects. A celebrity judging panel selects the winners (there are great prizes to be won), and an online auction gives the community an opportunity to bid on the completed projects to support St. Joe's Foundation and other local charities. Saturday, September 27, 2025, Kent East Saint John (Rain date, Sunday, September 28) 10am-2pm: The Build 2pm: Judging & announcement of the winner Team registration is $500.
